UPDATE: SUSPENSION OF LISTING
Shareholders are referred to the various announcements released on the Johannesburg
Stock Exchange ("JSE") News Service, the last of which was published on 9 December 2025,
relating to the suspension of the listing of the Company's securities.
Shareholders are advised that the Company remains on track in accordance with the original
audit plan, for the publication of the interim financial statements for the six months ended 30
June 2025 ("Interim Results") by no later than 15 March 2026, and the publication of the
audited financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2025 by no later than 30 April
2026.
The Company has resolved that the Interim Results will be published on an unreviewed
basis.
Trading in the Company's shares remains suspended. Wesizwe continues to engage actively
with the JSE and remains committed to achieving full compliance with the JSE Listings
Requirements to enable the lifting of the suspension.
The Company will continue to keep shareholders informed of any further developments.
