Change in management fee

Investors of the above AMETF securities are advised that the asset manager intends to implement the
maximum management fee of 50 basis points, as approved in the JSE Listing Supplement of the
PREGIP AMETF.

The asset manager had previously waived management fees until now where they intend to charge the
maximum management allowed.

The change in management fee will be effective 19 March 2025.
