RESULTS OF THE INITIAL OFFER FOR THE SATRIX GLOBAL BALANCED FUND OF
FUNDS ETF ("THE PORTFOLIO")

Further to the announcement released on SENS on Wednesday, 06 November
2024 regarding the listing approval and the initial public offer for
subscription to the portfolio, Satrix Managers (RF) Pty Limited hereby
announce the results of the initial public offer.



Cash subscription

The total cash subscription to the initial public offer is for an
amount of R 27 105 350(Twenty Seven Million One Hundred and Five
Thousand and Three Hundred and Fifty rands only).
