RETIREMENT OF DR SANDILE NOGXINA AS NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD OF ACSA AND 
MEMBER OF COMMITTEES


In accordance with paragraphs 6.39(b) and 6.39(c) of the JSE Limited Debt Listings Requirements, 
noteholders are hereby advised of the following changes to the Board and Board Committees of the
Company:


Dr Sandile Nogxina has formally retired from the Board of ACSA as a non-executive director and 
chairman of the Board at the conclusion of the Company's annual general meeting held on 20
September 2024. Dr Nogxina was appointed to the Board on 9 November 2018.

The Minister of Transport, Ms Barbara Creecy, has thanked Dr Nogxina for his service to ACSA and 
the Board, and for steering the ship during the difficult period of the COVID-19 pandemic. The
Minister has wished Dr Nogxina well in his future endeavours.

Dr Nogxina has thanked the government for affording him the privilege to serve ACSA and the 
South African public.

Dr Nogxina ceases to be a member of the Board's Economic Regulation Committee and Human Resources, 
Remuneration and Nominations Committee pursuant to his retirement.
