Availability of the Annual Financial Statements for the year ended 31 March 2022

Noteholders are hereby advised that the Issuer’s Audited Annual Financial Statements for the
year ended 31 March 2022 have been released. The prior year annual financial statements have
been restated since the entity did not correctly calculate the Expected Credit Loss in terms of the
provisions of IFRS 9 due to an incorrect interpretation on the forward-looking scenarios in the
calculation. More details are set out in Note 29 of the annual financial statements. The annual
financial statements of the issuer have been audited by Deloitte & Touche (“Deloitte”), who have
issued an unmodified audit opinion. This document can be viewed or downloaded on the
