TRP121: NOTIFICATION OF CHANGES OF BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN SECURITIES
In accordance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act 71 of 2008 ("the Companies Act"), Regulation
121(2)(b) of the Companies Act Regulations 2011 and paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Listings Requirements,
shareholders are advised that OneLogix has received notifications from:
- NJB Investco Proprietary Limited ("NJB"), of the disposal by NJB of OneLogix shares, such that NJB no
longer holds OneLogix shares; and
- Best-Krug Saco Proprietary Limited ("Best-Krug"), of the acquisition by Best-Krug of OneLogix shares,
such that Best-Krug now holds 34% of OneLogix's total shares in issue.
As required in terms of section 122(3)(a) of the Companies Act, the company has filed the required notice with the
Takeover Regulation Panel.
