RESIGNATION OF DEBT SPONSOR

Bondholders are advised that the Issuer’s mandate with ABSA Bank L imited as its Debt
Sponsor has expired, effective 30 June 2022.

As per paragraph 2.5 (b) of the Debt Listings Requirements, the City will ensure the
replacement debt sponsor is appointed within 30 business days of the date of the effective
resignation date.
