CHANGES TO THE CSG HOLDINGS LEADERSHIP
In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the board of
directors of CSG Holdings (“the Board”) wishes to advise shareholders that Mr Petrus
Johannes Jacobus Dry (“Pieter”) will step down as Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) and
director of CSG Holdings with effect from 31 March 2021, being the end of the current financial
year.
The Board is pleased to announce that Mr Jacobus Gerrit Nieuwoudt (“Kobus”), the current
Chief Operating Officer (“COO”) of the Company, will succeed Pieter as CEO with effect from
1 April 2021. Kobus has been with the group since 2007 and served as Group Operational
Officer and board member from 2013.
Since 2020, Pieter has indicated that he would like to spend more time with his family and
focus on new business ventures. Accordingly, as part of the CSG Strategy, Pieter focused on
consolidating the position of CEO and COO into one position for the last two years which has
now been successfully completed. Pieter has however agreed to stay on as a consultant to
CSG Holdings for a period after his resignation in order to ensure that the last portion of his
roles and responsibilities are handed over smoothly to Kobus to ensure a seamless transition.
The Board would like to thank Pieter for his service and contribution to the Company and
wishes him well in his future endeavours.
