Noteholders are referred to the following announcements that were released on the Stock Exchange
News Service under the equity share code of the Issuer:

    1. On 19 February 2020: Unaudited condensed consolidated interim financial results for the six
       months ended 31 December 2019 and dividend distribution declaration;
    2. On 25 June 2020: Results release date correction; and
    3. On 25 June 2020: Further update on the impact of Covid 19 on Emira’s business, trading
       statement and appointment of directors,
       (collectively, the “Announcements”).

Noteholders are advised to refer to the Announcements for full details in relation to the information
contained therein.
