    RESIGNATION OF COMPANY SECRETARY

    In terms of paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised that the
    board of directors of Ecsponent (“the Board”) wishes to announce the resignation of Lezanne du Preez-
    Cilliers as Company Secretary and General Counsel with effect from 28 August 2020.

    An announcement will be made in due course in connection with the appointment of a new Company
    Secretary.

    The Board wishes to express its thanks to Lezanne for her contribution to the Company over the past eight
    years and wishes her well in her future endeavours.
