CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY

In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised that
Mrs L Möller has resigned as enX’s company secretary . Acorim Proprietary Limited (“Acorim”),
represented by Ms Natasha Petrides, has been appointed as enX’s company secretary with effect from
8 October 2019. Acorim is an independent company secretarial and corporate governance advisory
service provider

The Board would like to thank Mrs Möller for her contribution to the Company and wishes her well in
her future endeavours.
