Notification of Credit Event

Capitalised terms used and not otherwise defined in this announcement have the meaning given to
them in the Applicable Final Terms as read with the Programme.

Notice is hereby given to all holders (the “Noteholders”) of the notes issued on 25 January 2016 under
the JSE Code SGI004 (“the Notes”) in terms of SG Issuer’s Programme dated 28 October 2014 that a
Bankruptcy Credit Event occurred with respect to the Reference Entity “Rallye SA” on 23 May 2019, as
a result of the opening of safeguard proceedings (procédure de sauvegarde) by judgment of the
commercial court of Paris (tribunal de commerce de Paris) rendered on 23 May 2019.


The Credit Event Determination Date in respect of this Credit Event is 24 May 2019.

This notice also constitutes the Notice of Publicly Available Information with respect to this Credit
Event. Accordingly, we provide you with the Publicly Available Information attached hereto which set
out the information published on the ISDA website and accessible through the following link:
