In accordance with the provisions of the terms and conditions
of Nedbank Limited (‘Nedbank’) Unsecured subordinated note –
“NED 13” under sections D3, and D4(a)(‘Optional redemption’)
of the Pricing Supplement dated 24 July 2013, investors are
herewith advised of the Full Capital Redemption of NED                13
effective 25 July 2018.


In accordance with the Terms and Conditions, the Registrar
of   Banks    has   granted   written   approval   of   the   early
redemption of the NED 13 Note at the option of the Issuer.
