CONFIRMATION OF CREDIT RATING APPLICABLE TO THE ENX01S NOTE

Further to the announcement released on SENS on 20 April 2018 in respect of the listing of the ENX01S note,
the Issuer wishes to inform bondholders that the preliminary credit rating as assigned, by Global Credit Ratings
Co Proprietary Limited, on 5 April 2018 has been finalised and the long-term credit rating of A-(za)(sf) remains
applicable.
