FINALISATION OF ACQUISITION OF A PORTFOLIO OF LETTING ENTERPRISES AND PROPERTIES FROM MAIZEY PROPERTIES (SELBY) PROPRIETARY LIMITED


Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement released on 26 May 2015, wherein shareholders were advised
that Lodestone had, subject to certain conditions precedent, concluded an agreement with Maizey Properties (Selby)
Proprietary Limited for the acquisition of a 50% undivided share in a portfolio of letting enterprises, subject to the
fulfilment or waiver of certain conditions precedent.

Shareholders are accordingly informed that all conditions precedent have been fulfilled/waived and the acquisition is
now unconditional.
