CHANGE TO THE AUDIT COMMITTEE

In compliance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements which
requires that changes to important functions or executive
responsibilities of a director be disclosed, shareholders are
advised of the following:

Paul Botha has resigned as a member of the Audit Committee with
effect from 22 August 2013

The Board would like to thank Mr Botha on his contribution to the
Audit Committee over the years and look forward to his continued
contribution to the Board and other sub-committes he is a member
of.
