APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR

In compliance with section 3.59(b) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders
are advised that Mr Ebrahim Ally has been appointed to the board of AH-Vest as an
independent non-executive director with effect from 25 May 2025.

Mr Ebrahim Ally is a qualified chartered accountant and has over two decades of experience
across logistics, healthcare, capital markets, telecommunications, and investment management.
He holds a Bachelor of Business Science (Finance Honours) and a Postgraduate Diploma in
Accounting from the University of Cape Town. Mr Ally currently serves as Senior Director: Finance
(Bulk & Corridors) at DP World, where he provides financial oversight across Sub-Saharan Africa,
including strategic financial reporting, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, audit and
valuation management, and consolidated IFRS reporting for multinational operations.

Mr Ally previously worked as a strategic financial consultant at Surgical Innovations (a subsidiary
of Ascendis Health Limited, where he oversaw a successful turnaround of the finance function,
rebuilt reporting systems, and supervised external audits, budgeting, and treasury. From 2016 to
2021, he was the Chief Financial Officer of ZAR X, a licensed stock exchange in South Africa.

Earlier in his career, Mr Ally was the Group Financial Director at an infrastructure
telecommunications company and worked in the investment management industry as an
analyst and business development officer. He started his career at KPMG, where he completed
his articles and obtained experience in auditing, treasury, valuations, and risk management for
large financial organisations. Mr Ally has served on executive boards, chaired investment
committees, and held governance and oversight roles in various corporate transactions. He has
also acted as an advisor to fintech and healthtech start-ups, demonstrating a strong dedication
to innovation and digital transformation.
