ANNOUNCEMENT TO THE NOTICE OF HOLDERS OF CLASS B NOTES ISSUED UNDER STOCK CODE
MAR02B ("the Notes") IN RELATION TO TRANSACTION NO. 1 – BRIDGE TAXI FINANCE NO 8
("Transaction No. 1")

We refer to the notice delivered by the Issuer on 3 September 2024, in
accordance with Condition 17 of the Terms and Conditions of the Notes and
paragraph 6.56(b)(ii) of the JSE Debt Listings Requirements, requesting written
approval from the holders of the Notes for the Extraordinary Resolutions to be
passed by written resolution ("Extraordinary Written Resolutions") as proposed
by the Issuer and described in the notice disseminated by Strate Proprietary
Limited ("Strate") today.


The purpose of the Extraordinary Written Resolutions is to request approval
from noteholders of certain proposed amendments to Applicable Pricing
Supplement as set out in the notice, which includes full details and
instructions relating to the passing of the Written Extraordinary Resolutions.


The record date to be recorded in the Register to vote at the Noteholders
Meeting, is 6 September 2024.
