TRP121: NOTIFICATION OF DISPOSAL OF SECURITIES BY ALLAN GRAY PROPRIETARY
LIMITED (“Allan Gray”)


In compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008
(“Companies Act”) and section 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited Listings
Requirements, shareholders are hereby advised that Nampak received formal
notification on 12 December 2022, that clients of Allan Gray have, in
aggregate, disposed of an interest in the ordinary shares of the Company,
such that the total interest in the ordinary shares of the Company held
by Allan Gray’s clients now amounts to 16.4439% of the total issued
ordinary shares of the Company.

Nampak has, as required by section 122(3) of the Companies Act filed the
required notice with the Takeover Regulation Panel.
