                                        APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY



In addition to the SENS announcement dated 02 December 2022 , and in terms of paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited
Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised that Statucor Pty Ltd has been appointed as Company Secretary with
effect from 1 December 2022.


Statucor (Pty) Ltd was incorporated in 1989 and has since become the most comprehensive national provider of corporate
stewardship services, and have offices in all the major centres across South Africa.

Statucor is a highly specialised associate company of BDO Southern Africa Co-ordination (Pty) Ltd. In 2010, Statucor
merged with the secretarial division of Moore Stephens MWM Inc., effectively forming the largest provider of high-level
secretarial services in South Africa.

Statucor has 33 years’ experience of providing exceptional statutory compliance and good governance, through extensive
knowledge, and experience in Company Secretarial and corporate governance matters, including providing efficient and
effective support to the Boards of Directors and Board sub-committees of State Owned, SME’s, Private and Listed Entities.
Statucor’s Directors are members of the IODsa.

The Board is satisfied that Statucor possesses the competence and experience to fulfil the role of Company
Secretary. Statucor will take over from Corporate Vision Consulting (Pty) Ltd who has been the Company Secretary,
serving RH Bophelo since inception.
