TRANSSEC 3 (RF) LIMITED - REDEMPTION OF NOTES TRA3A3, TRA3A4,
TRA3A7, TRA3B1 & TRA3B2 IN ACCORDANCE WITH CONDITION 7.3.2

In accordance with Condition 7.3.2 of the terms and conditions of the Notes contained in the programme
memorandum establishing the Transsec 3 (RF) Limited ZAR2 500 000 000 Asset Backed Note Programme dated
on or about 27 October 2017 (“the Programme Memorandum”), Noteholders are hereby notified of the upcoming
redemption of all of the Notes at their respective Principal Amounts Outstanding (together with accrued interest
therein) on 14 November 2022, being the Latest Coupon Step-Up Date.


The Issuer hereby confirms that:


1.        the Issuer has provided the Security SPV with the requisite certificate in accordance with Condition 7.3.2, in
          terms of which the Issuer certified that it will have the funds to redeem all of the Notes on the basis set out
          above;

2.        the Issuer has delivered a notice in this regard to the Central Securities Depository and the Interest Rate
          Market of the JSE in accordance with the Conditions and the Debt Listings Requirements (as applicable);
          and

3.        following the redemptions, the Programme Memorandum will be deregistered with the JSE pursuant to the
          Debt Listings Requirements
