Informative Notice - 20220204 Industrials REIT Listing Status change

  Industrials REIT Limited (South Africa): Migration of Listing Status on
                       the JSE - Informative Notice

                                                      4 February 2022

FTSE/JSE notes the announcement made by Industrials REIT Limited (MLI) regarding the proposed
migration from a primary to a secondary listing on the JSE.

If approved by shareholders and all other conditions are satisfied , the migration is expected to be effective
on 11 February 2022.

Given that the SAPY Index is reviewed quarterly and the listing status is taken into account when selecting
the constituents, the change from primary to secondary listing will only be taken into account at the next
review. No changes will be made to the SAPY on 11 February 2022.
