Changes to the board of African Sun Limited

Arden Capital wishes to advise its shareholders of the following changes to the board of directors of African
Sun Limited (“ASL”) (“ASL Board”), a material subsidiary of the Company :

1. Mr. Vernon Wright Lapham has been appointed to the ASL Board as an Independent Non-Executive
   Director with effect from 8 November 2021;
2. Mr. Alex Edgar Siyavora has been appointed to the ASL Board as an Independent Non-Executive
   Director with effect from 8 November 2021;
3. Mr. Believemore Dirorimwe has resigned from the ASL Board as the Finance Director with effect from
   30 November 2021;
4. Mr. Ndangariro Mutizwa has been appointed to the ASL Board as Chief Finance Officer with effect
   from 1 December 2021;
5. Mr. Edwin Timothy Shangwa has resigned from the ASL Board as the Managing Director with effect
   from 31 December 2021; and
6. Mr. Peter Saungweme has been appointed to the ASL Board as Chief Executive Officer with effect
   from 3 January 2022.
