UPDATE ON THE PUBLICATION OF THE INTEGRATED ANNUAL REPORT INCORPORATING THE AUDITED
ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS ANDRENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT

Shareholders are advised that Labat’s Integrated Annual Report incorporating, inter alia, the
audited annual financial statements for the year ended 31 August 2020 and a notice of annual
general meeting will be published via the JSE and on the Company’s website, www.labat.co.za,
on Monday, 15 February 2021.

Shareholders are referred to the various cautionary announcements published on SENS in relation
to the disposal of Force Fuel (Pty) Ltd and Force Fuel Properties (Pty) Ltd and the negotiations with
an Eastern Cape based Pharmaceutical business to acquire 100% of its operations, the last of
which was dated 4 January 2021, and are advised to continue exercising caution when trading in
the company’s shares until such time as further announcements in respect of the above corporate
actions are made.
