HOLDINGS IN COMPANY

MC Mining Limited (the “Company") has been notified by M&G Plc (“M&G”) that as at 24 August
2020, M&G and its subsidiary companies held 23,346,347 ordinary shares of nil par value each in the
Company, representing 15.12 per cent of the Company's issued share capital at that date.

The number of shares held by M&G is unchanged, however the percentage of total shares held
decreased by 1.43 per cent following the 17 August 2020 share placement of 13,331,433 ordinary
shares.
