CLN461 issued by The Standard Bank of South Africa Limited
(“Standard Bank”) has been partially de-listed in the amount of
ZAR71,000,000 (the “Redeemed Portion”) by the JSE Limited
effective 17 December 2019. The partial de-listing of the Note
is due to the fact that Standard Bank, as the issuer thereof,
has repurchased and owns the Redeemed Portion. The remaining
Aggregate Nominal Amount of CLN461 in issue is ZAR274,000,000.
The “pay date” (as such term is defined in the Debt Listings
Requirements) was 06 December 2019.
