ISSUE OF IBL130 SENIOR UNSECURED FLOATING RATE NOTES (“IBL130 NOTES”)
Application has been made to the JSE Limited (“JSE”) for the listing of R150 000 000 (one
hundred and fifty million Rand) senior unsecured floating rate Notes (stock code IBL130),
under Investec Bank Limited’s Domestic Medium Term Note and Preference Share
Programme dated 10 December 2018.
The IBL130 Notes will be issued to Noteholders on the date of listing being 22 July 2019
with effect from commencement of trade.
