NOTIFICATION OF CHANGE IN AUDIT FIRM

Debt holders are advised that the Company’s audit firm has changed from Grant Thornton Johannesburg
(“Grant Thornton”) to BDO South Africa Inc (“BDO”) as a result of the merger of Grant Thornton and BDO.

The change is effective with immediate effect.

Accordingly, the audit firm of the Company is now BDO and the designated audit partner will be Mr
Garron Chaitowitz.
