Octodec Investments (South Africa, ZAE000005104, 6654973) is due to acquire via
scheme of arrangement the remaining 85.81% of shares it does not already own in
Premium Properties (South Africa, ZAE000009254, 6699941).
All conditions of the scheme of arrangement have now been met. The scheme of
arrangement will result in the suspension of Premium Properties on the JSE as well as
the issue of new Octodec Investments shares on 15 September. FTSE and the JSE
expect to release a further notice on 10 September detailing exact index changes for
both companies.
Please note: Premium Properties is a constituent of the FTSE/JSE SA Listed Property
Index (SAPY/J253) - if removed from the index, a replacement would be determined at
close of business on 10 September and would be detailed on the notice.
