CHANGES TO THE COMPOSITION OF THE COMPANY’S AUDIT AND
RISK COMMITTEE

In    accordance   with    paragraph   3.59(c)    of   the
Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders
are hereby advised of the following changes to the
composition of the Company’s audit and risk committee:

i.    Mr Chris Otto, currently an independent non-
      executive director of Zeder, has been appointed as
      chairman of the Company’s audit and risk committee
      with immediate effect; and
ii.   Mr Andre Hanekom, currently an independent non-
      executive director of Zeder, has been appointed as a
      member of the Company’s audit and risk committee
      with immediate effect.
