CANCELLATION OF NOTES IN ISSUE

Noteholders are advised that, with effect from Thursday 13 February
2014, Real People has cancelled R90,000,000 (ninety million Rand) of
notes with stock code RPG01 (ISIN: ZAG000084401) that it currently
holds, so as to eliminate the requirement to redeem the notes.

The remainder of the RPG01 notes will be redeemed upon maturity on
28 February 2014.
