DIRECTOR DEALING

Blackstar   announces  that   on  15   May   2013,  it  received
notification that Andrew Bonamour, Non Executive Director of the
Company and Chief Executive Officer of Blackstar Group (Pty)
Limited, the Company’s investment advisory subsidiary, purchased
8,095 ordinary shares of €0.76 each (“Ordinary Shares”) at the
price of ZAR 11.40 (81 pence) per share on 14 May 2013.

Following the transaction, Andrew Bonamour is interested in
7,531,200 Ordinary Shares, representing 9.79% of the issued
share capital of the Company, excluding shares held in treasury.
