CHANGES TO THE BOARD AND TRADING STATEMENT


Changes to the board

Shareholders are advised that James Day, who has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer of Emira
Property Fund Limited ("Emira") with effect from 1 July 2025, will step down from his role as Financial
Director of Castleview with effect from the same date, but will remain on the Castleview board. Although
James will technically be designated as an executive director of Castleview in accordance with
paragraph 3.84(e) of the JSE Listings Requirements, he will remain on the Castleview board as a
representative of a major subsidiary which is crucial to the group's overall performance and will no longer be
involved in the day-to-day management of the Company.

Lida Le Roux will assume the role of Financial Director of Castleview with effect from 1 July 2025. Lida is a
Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of experience across a broad range of industries, including
manufacturing, agriculture, tourism, and financial services. She has held senior finance roles throughout her
career, bringing strategic insight and operational expertise to each engagement. Since March 2024, she has
been working with the Castleview finance team in a consultancy capacity, contributing her extensive
knowledge to support financial planning and performance.

The board welcomes Lida and looks forward to her future contributions to Castleview.

Trading statement

Castleview expects the final dividend per share ("DPS") for the year ended 31 March 2025 to be 29.48 cents,
being 30.1% lower than the final DPS of 42.147 cents for the year ended 31 March 2024.

Castleview's results for the year ended 31 March 2025 will be published on or about 27 June 2025.

The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not be reviewed or audited by the
Company's auditors.
