NOTICE OF DELAY IN PUBLICATION OF FINANCIAL RESULTS

Shareholders are hereby advised that Sasfin's annual financial results for the year ended 30 June 2024
("Results") will not be published before 30 September 2024 due to a delay in the finalisation of the audit.
The Results are expected to be published on or before 14 October 2024.

The Group's capital adequacy and liquidity ratios remain above the regulatory requirements.
