APPOINTMENT OF CFO AND DEBT OFFICER FOR BNPP PF SOUTH AFRICA
Noteholders are advised of the appointment of Mariné van Brakel as Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") of
the Issuer, with effect from 01 August 2024.
This appointment follows the Issuer's acceptance of the resignation of Tonia Pavlou, who has decided
to leave BNPP PF South Africa. The Issuer extends its thanks to Tonia for her commitment and wishes
her well in her future endeavours. Tonia will work with Mariné on a handover ahead of her departure
from the business.
Mariné van Brakel is a Director of the Issuer and is currently the Deputy Chief Executive Officer. She
will assume the role of CFO, in addition to her role as Chief Operating Officer. Mariné previously held
the position of CFO from 2019 to 2021. The Issuer thanks Mariné for her continued support and looks
forward to the positive impact she will make in her expanded role. The CFO's appointment was made
pursuant to the policy dealing with the nomination of directors of the Issuer.
As a result of her appointment to CFO, Mariné is also appointed as the Debt Officer for BNPP PF South
Africa, with effect from 01 August 2024.
The Board of Directors BNPP PF South Africa has considered and is satisfied with the competence,
qualifications, and experience of Mrs. van Brakel to be appointed as the Debt Officer.
