CORRECTION ANNOUNCEMENT AND NOTIFICATION OF A CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Noteholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS yesterday, 5 June 2024, in relation
to the appointment of a non-executive director to the board of Toyota Financial Services. The Issuer
hereby notifies noteholders that the correct name of the appointed director is Mr. Fran Kenny.
Furthermore, and in accordance with paragraph 6.39 of the JSE Limited Debt Listings Requirements,
the board of directors of Toyota Financial Services wishes to advise noteholders that Mr. Ghana Msibi
has been appointed as non-executive director to the board of the Issuer, with effect from 25 June
2024, in order to fill the replacement role for Alan Da Silva who retired in March 2024.
Toyota Financial Services confirms that the appointment of Mr. Ghana Msibi was done in accordance
with the Issuer's nomination policy.
