RESIGNATION OF A DIRECTOR


In accordance with paragraph 6.39 of the JSE Limited Debt Listings Requirements, the
Issuer wishes to notify noteholders that due to personal reasons, Dr Popo Molefe has
tendered his resignation as a Non-Executive Director on the Transnet Board of Directors.
His resignation will become effective on 12 November 2023.

The Board would like to thank Dr Molefe for his contribution and wishes him well in his
future endeavours.
