CHANGES TO THE GROUP BOARD AND BOARD COMMITTEES

In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited (JSE) Listings Requirements and
paragraph 6.39 of the JSE Debt Listings Requirements and further to the announcement
released on the Stock Exchange News Service of the JSE, on 26 May 2023 regarding the
appointment of the new Group Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Ms Jeanette Christina
Marais (Cilliers), with effect from 1 August 2023 and retirement of the current CEO,
Mr Hilgard Pieter Meyer (Hillie), with effect from 31 July 2023, shareholders and
noteholders are advised of the following changes to Group Board and Board Committees:

Group Committe membership changes for Ms Jeanette Marais

Jeanette has been appointed as a member of the Group’s Social, Ethics and
Transformaton Committee, effective 1 August 2023 and will resign as a member of the
Group’s Fair Practices Committee, with effect from 31 July 2023, in order to balance
the board committee responsibilites in her role as Group CEO.

Retirement of Mr Hillie Meyer as Group CEO

When Hillie retires as the Group CEO on 31 July 2023, he will remain as an Executive
Director of MMH and MML, until his retirement date of 30 September 2023.
