NOTIFICATION OF AMENDMENTS IN RESPECT OF A MANIFEST ERROR IN THE FRC476 AND
FRC477 APPLICABLE PRICING SUPPLEMENTS AND INTEREST PAYMENT NOTIFICATIONS

FRB hereby gives notice to the FRC476 and FRC477 noteholders, in accordance with the terms and
conditions of the note programme, as amended from time to time, and in accordance with paragraph
6.56(a) of the JSE Limited Debt Listings Requirements, of the following manifest error in the relevant
applicable pricing supplements (APS):
• The first interest payment date has been amended to “20 June 2023” from “20 September 2023”
  due to the first interest payment date being incorrect in the APSs.

The APSs are available for inspection at the registered office of FRB and will be made available on the
FirstRand website,
https://www.firstrand.co.za/investors/debt-investor-centre/jse-listed-instruments/.
