Noteholders are referred to the Additional Terms and Conditions relating to the IPFG01 notes (and
using the terms defined therein in this announcement unless otherwise stated).

In accordance with clause 2.2, the Step Down Event has occurred, and all Key Performance
Indicator Conditions have been satisfied.

Accordingly, the Step Down Margin is 0.1% and the Step Down Date 22 September 2022.
