are advised that Ms Louisa Stephens, an independent non-executive director of
the Company, has informed the Company that Tongaat Hulett Limited, another
company of which she is a director, has commenced with voluntary business rescue
proceedings. Ms Louisa Stephens’ Schedule 13 director’s declaration has been
updated accordingly.
