NOTIFICATION OF THE TERMINATION OF THE AUDIT FIRM
Pursuant to paragraph 6.25(a) of the JSE Limited Debt Listings Requirements, noteholders are hereby
advised that Toyota Financial Services has decided to terminate the services of its external auditor, Deloitte
& Touche (“Deloitte”). The reason for the termination is due to the early adoption by the Issuer of the
mandatory audit firm rotation as required by the Independent Regulatory Board for Auditors in South
Africa.
The Issuer is currently in the process of appointing a new auditor. Deloitte’s appointment as external
auditor will therefore be terminated upon the conclusion of the new auditor appointment process. A
further announcement will be made in this regard once the appointment process has been concluded.
