TRADING STATEMENT FOR THE SIX MONTHS ENDED 31 AUGUST 2020


In terms of paragraph 3.4(b)(i) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, listed
companies are required to publish a Trading Statement as soon as they become
reasonably certain that the financial results for the next period to be reported on will be
more than 20% different from those of the previous corresponding period or from a
profit forecast previously provided to the market in relation to such period.

The earnings per share and headline earnings per share is expected to reflect earnings
of 13.03 cents and 12.94 cents respectively for the six months ended 31 August 2020,
which is more than 956% higher than the loss and headline loss of 1.51 cents per share
and 1.51 cents per share respectively for the unaudited results for the half year ended
31 August 2019.

The financial information, on which this Trading Statement is based, has not been
reviewed and reported on by the Company’s auditors.

The results for the half year ended 31 August 2020 are expected to be published on or
about 30 November 2020.
