TRP121: NOTIFICATION OF CHANGES IN BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN SECURITIES


In compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, 71 of 2008 (“the Companies Act”), regulation
121(2)(b) of the Companies Act Regulations, 2011 and paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Listings Requirements,
shareholders are advised that Zarclear has received notifications from:

-    Nkholi Consolidated Investments Proprietary Limited (“Nkholi”), of a disposal by Nkholi of Zarclear
     shares such that Nkholi’s total beneficial interest is now 0.00% of Zarclear’s total issued ordinary shares;
     and

-    Legae Peresec Capital Proprietary Limited (“Legae Peresec”), of an acquisition by Legae Peresec of
     Zarclear shares such that Legae Peresec’s total beneficial interest is now 14.95% of Zarclear’s total
     issued ordinary shares.

As required in terms of section 122(3)(a) of the Companies Act, Zarclear has filed the required notices with
the Takeover Regulation Panel.
