NOTICE OF A MEETING OF ALL OF THE HOLDERS

Noteholders are advised that a meeting of all of the holders of the Notes issued by Nqaba Finance 1
(RF) Limited (the "Issuer") under its R5,000,000,000 Asset Backed Note Programme will be
scheduled at the offices of ABSA Bank Limited, 15 Alice Lane, Sandton and 1st Floor, Bridge Park,
Bridgeway, Century City, 7441 on 25 June 2019 at 10h00 (the "Noteholders Meeting") at which the
potential impact of and management’s response to Moody’s press release dated 27 May 2019 will be
discussed.
