Notice of availability of preliminary summarised audited consolidated financial statements - EQUI

EQUITES PROPERTY FUND LIMITED
(Registration no 2013/080877/06)
Incorporated in the Republic of South Africa
JSE alpha code: EQUI
(“Equites” or the “group”)

Notice of availability of preliminary summarised audited consolidated financial statements

Further to the publication of Equites’ ZAR2 billion domestic medium term note programme as
announced on SENS on 18 February 2019, Equites has now publicly released its preliminary
summarised audited consolidated financial statements for the year ended 28 February 2019. The audit
report relating to the group’s annual financial statements for the year ended 28 February 2019 is
unqualified.

During the current financial year, the group restated its 2018 statement of cash flows to present
interest capitalised to projects as part of investing activities instead of within operating activities. The
group believes that this change in accounting policy results in more relevant information about the
effect of these transactions.

The preliminary summarised audited consolidated financial statements are available on Equites
website at https://www.equites.co.za/financial-results.html and for inspection at Equites’ registered
office at 14th Floor, Portside Tower, 4 Bree Street, Cape Town, 8000.
