UPDATE IN RELATION TO THE SECONDARY INWARD LISTING ON THE MAIN BOARD OF THE JOHANNESBURG
STOCK EXCHANGE (“JSE”)

Further to the pre-listing announcement published on the stock exchange news service of the JSE on
10 November 2017, the Company announces the targeted minimum requirements of the board and the JSE
were not achieved in the private placement and accordingly the listing of the Company on the main board
of the JSE will not take place on Friday, 24 November 2017.
