Notice is hereby given that the 3 month JIBAR rate as at 15 June 2017 is 7.317% p.a. (“JIBAR”).

Accordingly, the next interest payment, payable on 15 September 2017 (*Following), for the period
15 June 2017 to 14 September 2017, will be calculated based on a rate of 9.047% p.a. (173bps over
JIBAR).

* When the Interest Payment Date falls on a non business day, such Interest Payment Date shall be
postponed to the next business day.
