DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE BVT SHARE INSTALMENT

Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for BIDVEST LTD and that as a result of the
dividend declaration relating to BIDVEST LTD (BVT) the Trustees of the Share Instalment Trust have
declared a dividend amount of 482 cents per BVTNIK share instalment that is payable on Monday, 11
April. The dividend is subject to a local tax of 15 per cent. This results in a net dividend of 409.7 cents
per share instalment. The final payment will be rounded to two decimal places.

The last day to trade cum-dividend is Friday, 1 April 2016. The Share Instalment will commence
trading ex-dividend from Monday 4 April 2016. The record date will be Friday, 8 April 2016.
