APPOINTMENT OF INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR


The board of directors of Bonatla is pleased to advise
shareholders that Mr Reginald (“Reg”) Bernstein has been
appointed as an independent non-executive director with
immediate effect and will chair the audit committee.

Reg is a Chartered Accountant and has a number of degrees from
various institutions around South Africa which include HDE
(Post Grad) (Sec) and a BA (Hons) (Econ). He has more than 25
years of property, financial and development experience in
major construction, development and investment companies. He
has also been involved with the listing of companies on the
JSE.   Reg will add significant experience to the Bonatla
board.
